I can highly recommend James Anderson as an attorney. With his knowledge and understanding of the law, he was also able to guide me towards the best possible outcome in a complex divorce settlement. He made sure I didn't get drawn in to unnecessary emotional battles my ex-wife was provoking. He was up to the opposing attorneys dirty tricks and several times during court hearings, James swiftly expose them in court, which lead to my ex-wife firing her attorney after a year and 3 unnecessary discoveries.

"He’s excellent at what he does"

I would recommend James to anyone who is going through a divorce. He went out of his way to resolve things before they went to court. Unfortunately, the other party was only reasonable 30 minutes before we sat in front of the judge. We did go to court a few times during the process, and each time he negotiated with the other attorney to get me everything I wanted while we waited for our case to be called. When we sat in front of the judge we already had an agreement. Me getting exactly what I was asking for in the first place.

I would ask for something that was fair, the other party would either say no or make ridiculous demands, and then he’d file a motion and get what I was asking for. He tried to do everything out of court, but once he determined the other party wouldn’t do what was right, he’d call me and say we should file a motion. Fast forward to 30 minutes before we go in front of the judge and they’re agreeing to everything I was asking for.

He’s excellent at what he does. I don’t want to go into detail, but there was a time we were on a conference call, and the other party started to backtrack on something which was already agreed. He responded by saying what he was going to do next, and she quickly conceded versus facing the alternative. Sometimes it was actually fun to watch.

I’ve heard so many stories of people getting destroyed by the court system during a divorce. I came out great. I got everything I wanted. Everything I was asking for was fair, but there was no way it would have happened without a great attorney.
